I just read this and I’m so happy to hear that finally the gay community might truly be heard. I lost my case in Sept 2009 and the opposing attorney stated how the Vowels case had been dismissed and that mine should be as well due to lack of standing. So kudos to Kris I’m so happy for her. Good luck and I hope you win because what really matter is the best interest of the child.
