Malaysia film distributor bans "'Brokeback'
By Associated Press

A film distributor in mostly Muslim Malaysia where movies on sensitive issues are often banned will steer clear of gay-themed "Brokeback Mountain" but attempt to show Steven Spielberg's "Munich," despite its Israeli focus.
United International Pictures said it would not even apply for approval of "Brokeback Mountain."
"We believe there is a market for "Munich," but "Brokeback Mountain is definitely not going to make it because its themes wouldn't be right for our audiences," said publicist Dawn Liew.
