April, last year, 2012, I went to purchase and bring home my female Sheltie. The breeder talked me in to taking her brother, also, because no one was interested in him because he does not have a full white collar. I have procrastinated, on re-homing him, and love him, but 2 dogs is way too much for me. I will only allow him to go to a home where he will be like a child to his new parent(s).
