Early voting results are posted on the Dallas County elections Web site, and Clay Jenkins has a seemingly insurmountable lead over Larry Duncan in the race for Dallas County judge. Jenkins received 5,507 early votes to Duncan’s 2,647, or 68 percent to 32 percent. In the race for Precinct 5 constable, Beth Villarreal has a slight lead over incumbent Jaime Cortes in early voting. Villarreal received 858 early votes to Cortes’ 805, or 52 percent to 48 percent. The constable race is too close to call.
