1.5 oz. Casa Dragones Blanco tequila
.25 oz. green chartreuse
.75 oz. lime juice
.25 oz. agave syrup
1 large arugula leaf
Making it: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and fine-strain into a coupe. Garnish with the greenery!
