I have to admit, I missed National Rum Day last month. I mean, how could that happen?! But I’ll make up for it with this concoction that employs a new super-premium rum from Bacardi.
1-1/2 oz. Bacardi Gran Reserva Maestro de Ron
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. St.-Germain
1/7 oz. creme de violette
1/7 oz. simple syrup
Making it: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake vigorously with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
