St. Patrick’s Day is Tuesday, so to get you in the spirit of Ireland, we reproduced this whiskey-based potable, concocted recently at Smoke for a whiskey-tasting. And of course, it should be Irish whiskey.
Making it: Combine Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey, yellow chartreuse and ginger liqueur with a dash of Peychaud’s Bitters. Shake and pour into a champagne flute. Add champagne. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
