I’m in need of a drink right now. I mean, more so than usual. And with spring (and allergies) in the air, something called the Mexican Garden — a fruity twist on a traditional margarita — seemed like a good idea.
2 oz. Milagro silver tequila
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. light agave nectar
2 oz. pineapple juice
Making it: Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake, strain and pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with pineapple leaf, lime wheel and cilantro.
