It’s Labor Day Weekend, the last gasp of summer. So how about trying something to soothe your life, courtesy of the folks at C’Viche down on Greenville Avenue? They know something about tequila there, and the one they came up with is called Smoke and Sophistication. (“Sip slowly, but deliberately,” they recommend.)
1 oz. Bruxton Espadin Mezcal
1 oz. Aperol
1 oz. sweet vermouth
Making it: Pour the mescal, Aperol and vermouth over ice in a rocks glass. Stir with a spoon approximately 30 seconds. Zest an orange peel and twist into the drink.
