Congratulations to Jeffrey Payne!

Dallas’ Jefffrey Payne was already  Mr. Texas Leather, but now he holds an even bigger title: International Mr. Leather 2009. Payne won the right to call himself the U.S.A.’s top leatherman in Chicago this weekend. Way to go, Jeffrey!
