Costume ideas for Halloween

HALLOWEEN: THE GAY HOLIDAY  |  From cowboy garb to leather harnesses to men in high heels, all dress-up is a version of drag. Even more than Pride, it’s an opportunity for people to let loose with their creativity and join many like-minded folks — and Dallas’ Halloween street party (this year on Oct. 27) is one of the biggest.
