National Coming Out Day is tomorrow, peeps. There are a few events in Big D that will make Clay Aiken a proud gay papa.

If you’re a student, then your in luck. SMU’s LGBT organization, Spectrum, is hosting two events on Thursday, Oct. 16, 2008.

What: Lunch on the Lawn
Where: SMU – Flagpole (SMU Boulevard between Daniel and Hillcrest off Mockingbird)
When: Oct. 16, noon–1 p.m.
Cost: Free

What: Masquerade Ball (costumes encouraged)

Work Shops

ComeOut.org is hosting a workshop to assist LGBT members and their allies deal with ‘journey of coming out.’ It’s goal is to facilitate the process of accepting and loving who you truly are.
