Dallas Voice's John Wright wins Katie Award

On Saturday night, the Press Club of Dallas held its 50th Katie Awards ceremony at the Sixth Floor Museum, where more than 20 awards for excellence in Texas journalism were presented. Among the winners: Dallas Voice News Editor John Wright, in the category “best column” for his piece on the exploitation by the Right of a gay bi-polar man. Way to go, John!
