Inked and edgy, Italian stallion Pietro Elina likes breaking the rules

Name and age: Pietro Elina, 20
Spotted at: Lemmon and Haskell avenues
Occupation: Carpenter and tattoo artist
When this Italian rule-breaker is not building and “barging” renegade D.I.Y. skate ramps in the burgeoning skateboard scene, you can find this Dallas native playing bass guitar for a punk band. A non-conformist by nature — he added those tattoos to himself, if you can believe it — Pietro is in the process of publishing a ’zine which will cover the local punk/skateboard/art/music scene.
