DVtv is B-A-C-K!!! And here’s another brilliantly produced segment from our own Israel Luna, who attended Saturday’s Queer Kiss-In at the Rosa Parks Plaza in downtown Dallas. Check it out as Luna interviews a 48-year-old “questioning” guy who purchased four gay kisses, as well as several evangelical Christian counterprotesters among others. Also watch for Luna getting gang-smooched by QL’ers in the Outro (I think I saw Elizabeth Pax give him some tongue!).

The Kiss-in was not a Blake Wilkinson event. It was actually called for by Join the Impact. I am the organizer for JTI in Dallas so if you have any problems with this event please direct your comments to me. Blake was just kind enough to help me throw this successful and fun event!

Finally, QL has done something I am proud of. Way to go! I had been very critical of you in my earlier post, only because I felt like you were going about things in the wrong way. This is so much better than the disruptive behaviour at the Ft. Worth council meeting that made so many of your brothers and sisters turn against you. Your off MY shitlist, not that it probably matters to anyone except me. These are the kind of peaceful and respectful protest that I believe the majority of the community will get behind you on. Keep up the good work.

this looks like it was cuteee haha

what other events has Join The Impact done? this is the sort of stuff i would want to be involved in, no posturing allowed and being confrontational through caring :]

OMG that was adorable! I wish I could have been in Dallas for this, but the fam and I were in the Orange County, CA area for vacation. (Tried to make it to the Hyatt in San Diego for theirs but couldn’t pull it off – heard it was a huge success, though.)

Thank you so much for organizing the Kiss-In, doing this video segment and to everyone on camera and behind it. I hope there’s another one – this made me all misty. Geez, I’m such a goob.
