Early voting ends; watch parties set

The last day of early voting in Dallas County is Friday, Oct. 31. Early voting locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Polls will also be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 4, but voters will have to go to their regular polling place in their local precinct.

On Tuesday night, Nov. 4, the Dallas County Democratic Party will host an election night watch party in Oak Cliff’s Historic Bishop Arts District. A street festival with live music will begin at 6 p.m., followed by a rally with Democratic candidates at 9:45 p.m.

The Dallas County Republican Party will host an election watch party from 5 p.m. to midnight Tuesday at the Radisson Hotel, 6060 N. Central Expressway.
