Mark, the father was saying the boy was having sex with his younger brother. The boys denied it. The mother denied it. The father was just being an idiot. And Phyllis, it really is disgusting. however you need a license to drive, a license to fish but you don’t need to do anything but procreate to be a parent.

Screwed up story, though I certainly wouldnt say that the child’s having sex with his younger brother, likely not consensual on the younger brother’s part was at all appropriate either.
