Instant Tea news alert: It just stopped raining in Uptown

This isn’t the least bit gay-related, but I think The Dallas Morning News has officially gone too far with the live-blogging thing from City Hall. It seems they’ve been doing play-by-play lately on just about every council or committee agenda item that’s even remotely interesting.
