Several local groups have come together to organize a memorial march in honor of Lawrence King (pictured above), the 15-year-old gay student who was killed by a classmate in Oxnard, Calif, recently. The march will begin at 7 p.m. Sunday, March 9 at the Cathedral of Hope, 5910 Cedar Springs Road. Candles will be provided.
