Joe David Jones, a 50-year-old enviro buisnessman, was arrested for disorderly conduct in Dallas yesterday. He couldn’t refrain from using his cellphone on a 20-minute flight that left from Austin.

When he was asked to turn off his phone, it was reported that Jones said, “Kiss my [we’re guessing ‘ass’].”

Jones said the call was a matter of life or death.
