DV food critic Arnold Wayne Jones is ‘a little on the strange side,’ but it’s an acquired taste

January 9th, 2009

Here’s a hint for any Italian restaurant seeking a good review from Dallas Voice food critic Arnold Wayne Jones — put a veal piccata on the menu. Also, in case you’re wondering, Jones sings Don McLean’s “Vincent” in the shower so he knows how long to leave the conditioner in, and if he could meet any living celebrity, it would be Chris Daughtry in a locked room at the gym. To learn more about Jones, who’s “a little on the strange side,” check out this interview with him on the Dallas Observer’s City of Ate blog.
