Bishop Robinson’s mike cut at inaug concert
January 18th, 2009The Episcopal Bishop of New Hampshire, Gene Robinson, was slated to open the concert with prayer – but then things went awry.

Reportedly, the loudspeakers were cut at the Lincoln Memorial during Robinson’s prayer, so no one there could hear the gay bishop pray. The loudspeakers were not turned back on until Robinson said, “Amen.”
