Congratulations to Jeffrey Payne!

Dallas’ Jefffrey Payne was already  Mr. Texas Leather, but now he holds an even bigger title: International Mr. Leather 2009. Payne won the right to call himself the U.S.A.’s top leatherman in Chicago this weekend. Way to go, Jeffrey!

    Jeffery is a great guy and the Dallas leather community is proud of his win! Now if we could just get the local leather bars to encourage people to dress in leather again all would be right with the world!
