Ellen tweets about Dallas – UPDATE

UPDATE: According to Ellen’s Twitter from five minutes ago (3:26 p.m. now), “Jeannie is at Sewell GMC in Dallas right now. You know what that means. (It means big prizes).”

First Oprah and now, Ellen?

I found these mysterious tweets just now on The Ellen Show’s Twitter feed. I wonder what the deal is. Hard to tell if she’s in (or coming to) town or what but she clearly wants us to follow. These are as of 8:45 p.m. Monday night. Here are the posts starting with the latest:

    From Ellen’s site:
    I’m sending Jeannie, my receptionist, somewhere in the country today. Last time I sent her to Miami with the Golddigger machine and ended up giving her brand new GMC Terrain to a viewer. Now, a GMC dealer in Dallas gave me great deal on a brand new one! I wonder what I should do with it…

    My partner and I went to this event as soon as we got the tweet…

    1) extremely unorganized….lines moved around multiple times almost causing 2 stampedes.

    2) she needs to work on her tweeting skills. Her “next set of instructions in 3 minutes” never materialized

    3) I was amazed at the number of people that brought their kids dressed like they were going to be on “Toddlers and Tiaras”!
