Country music’s Ty Herndon is back in the news…but not like that

Ty Herndon makes an appearance in a few minutes on channel 21’s Web site performing songs live for the channel’s Soundcheck. I’m not really sure why they are featuring him at a time no one will probably catch it. 2 p.m. guys? Really? UPDATE: That would be now.
But at least this appearance on the news isn’t like his infamous 1995 incident. He was arrested in Fort Worth at Gateway Park for allegedly soliciting sex from a male undercover cop. It didn’t help that he was also found in possession of over two grams of methamphetamine. Ouch.

Well…how shall I say this…I know someone extremely EXTREMELY close to me that used to work for MCA Records in the 90’s and had a 3way with Ty. The record company knows, Ty’s “peeps” know.
Another bit of information: My friend said that Ty has the biggest penis he’s ever seen in his life. Seriously.
