Great article! Trish truly was one of a kind. She had a way to make you feel everything was going to be alright with a hug and a smile anytime you were down. I remember going through a rough time a while back and she chatted with me over a cup of coffee at BULI Cafe and I left feeling like I could conquer the world. Watching her enjoy an evening of karaoke at the Round Up was something to behold. The singing, the laughter, and the enjoyment had by all when Trish and Jason Harlow would sing was something that could light up an entire room. Our community has lost a loving friend and a loyal ally.

This was sent to me via Facebook:

Trish Hudson Memorial
The Dallas Memorial Service will be held Sunday November 22 at 4pm. The services will be held at Cathedral of Hope located at 5910 Cedar Springs Road Dallas, TX.

Following the service, there will be a dedication of the Living memorial Flower Garden in Lee Park located at 3301 Turtle Creek Blvd.

There has also been a "Trish Hudson Memorial" fund established to help raise funds for the donation costs of the Trish Hudson Memorial Flower Garden as well as the memorial service itself.

Please send/Make check donation payable to:
Trish Hudson Memorial
C/O American National Bank
2725 Turtle Creek Blvd
Dallas, TX 75219

This fund will also be the beginning of a wonderful charity that is being created in honor of our precious Trish. The charity will be known as "Trish's Wishes".

"Trish's Wishes" will select candidates on a case by case basis to recieve assistance with rehabilitation programs, medications, basic needs, tuition, and any other cause that Trish would have wated to participate in. All who knew Trish knew of her giving heart and tireless spirit to assist those in need. By learning from her example in life, we can carry on her legacy of helping others now that she is no longer able to do this for herself.

I am asking everyone to give generously to this cause to create a strong foundation needed to continue to help others in our community. Please keep an eye on this site as we will be delivering information as well as links to the new "Trish's Wishes Website"

May God Bless You all
