Judge Rules DADT Unconstitutional

In a case brought by the Log Cabin Republicans, a federal judge in Riverside, Calif., ruled in an 85-page opinion that “don’t ask, don’t tell” violates the First and Fifth amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
