Kia says Branch looks like 'real Daddy,' which may explain LCR invite

Beloved Instant Tea-bagger “Kia” sent me a note on Friday asking about the upcoming Log Cabin Republicans meeting featuring state Rep. Dan Branch (pictured above). According to Kia, Branch looks like “a real Daddy,” and she wants to see him in person. Kia pointed out that in my story for Friday’s Voice about the controversy involving Branch’s appearance, I didn’t include details of the meeting, so here they are: LCR’s regular monthly meeting will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Monday, July 28, at Mattito’s Restaurant, 3011 Routh St. in Dallas.
