Latino Pride in the Metroplex

I certainly missed the boat on this one. Just surfing this morning, I discovered clip for “Fuera del Closet: Gay Hispanic Immigrants in Dallas,“ a documentary by Sergio Chapa. It’s quite excellent and highlights one of Oak Lawn’s most vibrant clubs, Kaliente. It also offers an interesting dining option in Grand Prairie, Rio Bravo, which apparently has evening drag shows on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
