As part of GayBingo’s upgrade, the monthly Resource Center Dallas event has added to its cast of regulars. An announcement by the RCD on Saturday said that it is introducing a new component to the line-up of entertainment, adding comic Jerry Calumn to the cast starting March 17 in the Granite Bar.
Calumn has the cred to back him up, too. In RCD’s announcement, his resume includes performances at the Hollywood Improv and Comedy Store on Sunset as well as producing the Outlaugh Comedy Festival (the first LGBT comedy festival in the U.S.) and the Logo TV series Outlaugh Festival on Wisecrack, hosted by Margaret Cho. Calumn has his serious side, too — he’s the event manager for Lone Star Ride Fighting AIDS.
