		<description>I&#039;m  rather  confused.  

This  issue  has  plagued  trans  folks  for  years,  why  only  now  is  it  receiving  the  publicity  and  attention  it  deserves ???  

Or  does  it  have  something  to  do  with  the  fact  that  the  individual  having  trouble  is  a  member  of  the  Resource  Center / John  Wright  friends  circle  and  thus  only  now  is  this  issue  deemed  important  for  trans  folks ??? 


And  obviously  those  trans  &quot;consultants&quot;  there  must  have  not  done  a  very  good  job  at  educating  these  judges  since  this  issue  is  still  problematic..
