Marriage a right but four dissents

Jesse and ChanceIn his 5-4 majority opinion, Justice Anthony Kennedy held that the Fourteenth Amendment requires a state to license a marriage between two people of the same sex.

In a rare move, the four dissenting justices each wrote their own opinion.

The decision is such a long one, it was not released in booklet form as is usual.
