Marriage equality protester beaten by police

Here’s the footage of police subduing a marriage equality protester in LA that Hardy Haberman alluded to in the comments below. From what I’ve heard, the LAPD is looking into the incident but has said the officers resorted to force because the protester was being combative and had broken through a police line.
