petAngel was found in a parking garage when he was very young, and good Samaritans brought him to Operation Kindness. After some TLC in foster care, Angel is now ready for a permanent home with a loving family. He is a sweet little kitten who is outgoing and curious, with lots of cute kitten energy. If you are ready for a fun baby, come see if this handsome fellow is the right one you.
