Dallas police are looking for help finding Jimmie Ray Odom.

He was last seen at 4:30 a.m. on Saturday morning running away from a disturbance on the 4700 block of Fairmount Street near Kings Road in Oak Lawn.

Odom was among Tallywacker’s wait staff when it opened and has been a dancer at BJ’s and the Tin Room in Dallas and at Area 18 in Tulsa. He was also a regular member of Stripper Circus at Oilcan Harry’s in Austin. One friend said he has a lot of friends in Austin and spends most of his time there.

Odom’s Facebook page is now unavailable, but was online as late as Sunday evening, a friend told Dallas Voice.

Odom is a 43-year-old white male, 5-feet-11-inches tall, weighs 175 pounds and has brown hair with blue eyes. He was wearing a gray hoodie, jeans, brown work boots and a black coat when he was last seen.

Police list him as “critical missing” and report, “Jimmie may be upset and should be considered a danger to himself.” Critical missing indicates police fear for the person’s safety.

Anyone with information should call the Dallas Police Department at 911 or the Missing Persons Unit at (214) 671-4268.
