“No. I don’t think they take advantage of the laws to defend the community. There’s just too much violence.”
“Not at all. Every time something happens there is a big question about whether it is a hate crime. It should be a really simple yes or no.”
“No. They always drop the ball. They don’t fully investigate.”
“I don’t think they do. I don’t see any evidence of it.”
“No. They don’t treat it as a very serious issue.”
