Black Tie Dinner officials have announced that Ross “The Intern” Matthews, the hilarious and lovable and oh-so-gay guy known for his interviews with celebrities on “The Tonight Show” with Jay Leno, will be one of the special guest entertainers at this year’s Black Tie Dinner on Nov. 22.
Dancer Nicole Loizides of MOMIX will also be there to perform the solo dance “Aquaflora,” and actor Beth Grant — Sissy on Logo’s “Sordid Lives” series — will make a special appearance.
They join keynote speaker Kenneth Cole and Birch Award winner Bishop V. Gene Robinson on the list of big-name draws for the dinner, being held at the Sheraton Dallas (formerly the Adams Mark).
And here’s the great thing for anyone who hasn’t already gotten their ticket to the dinner yet: Individual tickets and tables of 10 are still available and can be purchased at www.blacktie.org.
And just to get you in the mood for some fun, check out this video of Ross’ interview with the late Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin. It is one of my favorites.
