Sue Wyll will be the celebrity DJ and the evening will feature DL Disco Dave. No cover will be charged and a happy hour menu will be available until 7 p.m.
Proceeds of this first event will benefit Equality Texas.
The Wednesday night event will bring together community leaders, music and food to raise awareness and funds for local non-profit chapters and organizations. The first beneficiary, Equality Texas, is wrapping up a successful legislative session. The passage of anti-bullying legislation that passed capped the most successful session since the hate crime law passed in 2001.
Wyll raised millions of dollars for the LGBT community. She served as a Black Tie Dinner chair and worked with the OutTakes film festival, Chic Happy Hour and is currently raising money for the Resource Center Dallas capital campaign.
The non-profits will receive proceeds from bar and food sales.
