Sharron Angle Mulls Run For President

Wingnut teabagger loon Sharron Angle says she’s thinking about running for president. SRSLY.

Asked if she was planning a run for the White House, Angle, who lost to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid in a tightly contested race in November, appeared unwilling to close any doors. “I’ll just say I have lots of options for the future, and I’m investigating all my options,” Angle responded, according to the Des Moines Register, before asking the organizers to “Please, just invite me back.”

I’m dreaming of a three-way explosion of crazy at an Angle-Bachmann-Palin debate. Please please please please….

Ustin road What's the best way to try and sell a Justin Timberlake movie? Make sure he's shirtless throughout most of the trailer.

road Sharron Angle isn't done with politicals just yet.

road Bill Maher thinks last weekend's rally to "Restore Sanity" in DC needed more depth: "If you're going to have a rally… you might as well make it about something."

road Like Rachel Maddow, Vermont Senator Bernie Sander is outraged over Keith Olbermann's suspension: "This is a real threat to political discourse in America and will have a chilling impact on every commentator for MSNBC."

road Good post-election day news from Hawaii: "After Tuesday's election, civil unions picked up at least one vote in the Senate and lost a vote in the House, which is still four more votes than the 26 needed for a bill to pass, according to Equality Hawaii, which advocates for the legislation."

road Sounds like this guy has seen the movie Psycho one too many times.

Michaeljackson road A new Michael Jackson album will be released just in time for Christmas. Listen to a sample of the first single here.

road Prince Harry is not afraid to show off his pink.

road Huey Lewis "flattered" that he was responsible for helping someone realize his own sexuality.

road According to a recent poll by The Salt Lake Tribune "55 percent of LDS respondents said it’s possible to change same-sex attractions, compared with 20 percent of non-LDS respondents. The LDS Church teaches that having same-sex attractions isn’t sinful, but acting on those attractions is."

road How can anything Sarah Palin does be considered "non-political?"

Sharron Angle, the Extreme Candidate for Senate

Extreme. The best word to describe Sharron Angle, Senator Reid’s opponent in the race for Senate here in Nevada. She was voted the worst legislator as a state assemblywoman and changed her voter registration three times in the 90’s. In the state assembly, most of her bills and votes were hers alone.

Last week, Senator Reid and his opponent, Sharron Angle, held their only debate in the race for the Senate. Additionally, Representative Titus and her opponent had their fourth debate the same evening. Ahead of the debates, the campaigns held a rally to make sure that the Reid and Titus know we’re there to support them. One of our amazing volunteers, Teresa, decided to dress up as Sharron Angle (well before Halloween) and posed with ‘Harry Reid for Senate’ signs. Our supporters well outnumbered our opponents and in the debate, both Senator Reid and Rep. Titus outdid their opponents. Senator Reid reaffirmed his commitment to repealing “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” despite steadfast Republican opposition on last month’s cloture vote and Rep. Titus defended her co-sponsorship of the bill to repeal, saying DADT has cost the military greatly.

Both Reid and Titus have been committed to our community and we need to make sure we send them back to Washington to continue the fight. On the campaign, we’re fighting everyday to help make sure we don’t wake up on November 3rd, wishing we could have done more.

Angle, O’Donnell’s Campaign Lawyer Repped Harry Jackson’s Group In DC Gay Marriage Fight

Sangleroses If voters needed more proof that the Tea Party's leaders have ingrained themselves in Washington politics, they need look no further than Senatorial hopefuls Sharron Angle and Christine O'Donnell's lawyer, Cleta Mitchell.

A former Oklahoma state representative, Mitchell has previously worked for power players like the National Republican Senatorial Campaign Committee, as well as high profile conservative Bishop Harry Jackson's group Stand4Marriage, which sued the District of Columbia for a public referendum on gay marriage

Mitchell remarked at the time, "The Home Rule Charter gives D.C. residents the right to the initiative and the referendum process and authorizes a citywide vote on this issue if petitioned to do so by the people."

As for working with Angle and O'Donnell, two anti-gay candidates who have attempted to play the "outsider" card, Mitchell told Talking Points Memo: "These candidates didn't have all of the infrastructure that a campaign normally has because they are outsider candidates, and they need all the things they should have had but couldn't afford."

Now that O'Donnell and Angle are rising stars, however, they have the money it takes to play side by side with the Republican party, which Angle insulted over the weekend, and their anti-equality comrades.

Sharron Angle On The Violent Overthrow Of The Government: Anything Is Possible

Asked about her warning earlier this year that a “Second Amendment solution” may result if the teabaggers don’t get their way, Sharron Angle told a reporter that she hopes it doesn’t come to that, “but anything is possible, I suppose.”

Video: To Angle out Reid, FRC puts pride before military’s fall

We’ve yet to see the text from Harry Reid’s pending legislation, The Put A Big Ass Pride Flag Outside The Capitol Act of 2010. And we must have missed the part of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell repeal that includes a pride parade. So we’ll just have to trust the Family Research Council that both are there, and that both are the work of our activist Majority Leader:

FRC says they’re airing this ad all over Nevada TV stations. Because why should David Copperfield have a monopoly on duping Nevadans with carefully manufactured illusions?
