Count Bryan ‘gay sex is a form of domestic terrorism’ Fischer in the Carl Paladino fan club

NY gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino has found himself a public supporter. This new voice of solidarity comes in the form of the American Family Association’s Bryan Fischer, a man who has claimed that “homosexuals in the military gave us…six million dead Jews,” who’s said “homosexuals should be disqualified from public office,” who has called on Christian conservatives to breed gays and progressives out of existence, has called gay sex a “form of domestic terrorism,” who’s said only gays were savage enough for Hitler, has compared gays to heroin abusers, has directly compared laws against gay soldiers to those that apply to bank robbers, who once invoked a Biblical story about stabbing “sexually immoral” people with spears, saying we need this kind of action in modern day, and who has spoken out against gays serving as public school teachers.

Take it (way, way) away, Bryan:

Everything – every single thing – that Paladino said about the homosexual lifestyle yesterday was dead on the money. What he said is so true and so evident and so obvious that the real 6A00D8341C503453Ef01310F3588E8970Ccontroversy here is that there is any controversy at all.

The fact that homosexual activists will now bare their fangs, veritably dripping saliva as they go for Paladino’s carotid artery, and will do so with the full-throated blessing of the out-of-the-mainstream media, only illustrates the enormously dangerous clout these purveyors of perversity have been given in our culture.

Paladino properly shamed Cuomo for marching in New York’s gay pride parade with his two daughters, saying, “that’s not the kind of example we should be showing our children.”

Referring to the unconscionable way impressionable young children are being indoctrinated (rather than educated) in our public schools, he said, “I don’t want them to be brainwashed into thinking that homosexuality is an equally valid and successful option – it isn’t.”

He affirmed unapologetically that “marriage is between a man and a woman. Period,” and vowed to veto any same-sex marriage bill that reaches his desk on the grounds that it would be “immoral legislation.” He spoke the simple truth when he said that our children “would be much better off and much more successful getting married and raising a family.” Good for him.

In the written remarks he prepared for delivery to Hasidic Jewish leaders, he added that there is “nothing to be proud of in being a dysfunctional homosexual.”

There frankly is no other kind of homosexual than the dysfunctional kind. Homosexuals are dysfunctional by the very nature of the aberrant sexual conduct in which they engage. As the Roman Catholic Church correctly says, homosexual behavior is “intrinsically disordered.”

Bryan Fischer: Carl Paladino gets right up in the grill of homosexual activists [AFA]

Oh, you’re so silly, Mr. Fischer. We gay activists aren’t baring our fangs. Because why would we, when baring both your and Mr. Paladino’s intense hostility for a vibrant population sect is far more advantageous to our equality fight?

Us:

A man using the vaginal cavity as a snack plate: no thank you. Homosexual marriage: right.

See, we can play the “ooh, I personally find that kind of sex gross” game too, Mr. Fischer! Grow. It’s not brain science.

Bryan Fischer: Christians must control the govt or atheists and pagans will take over

The Values Voter Summit is reaping a bumper crop of terribly disturbing, ignorant and faith-based FAIL this year. Bryan Fischer of the American Family Association contributers his fertilizer with this outrageous naked call for a theocracy.

We’ve gotten to the point where the fringe right social conservatives have not been able to come up with a winning arguments that papers over the fact their goal is to torch our Constitution and install the KJV of the Bible as the basis for governing the United States of America. The masks have been coming off at an alarming rate. Via Right Wing Watch, here is part 1; surf over for the rest of his speech.

Speaking today at the Values Voter Summit, Bryan Fischer used his stage time to lay out various reasons why Christians need to be involved in politics – like the fact that Christians are needed in order to clean up the messiness, otherwise our government will be run by atheists and pagans:

So Fischer says that, in his experience, the internal dealings of the church are way worse than anything he ever saw in politics … but the reason that Christians need to be involved in politics is so that they can “clean that mess up”? So who is causing all the messes in the church then? Atheists and pagans?

Bryan Fischer’s new bigot eruption: Muslims are violent, dangerous, & stupid because of inbreeding

Remember that Bryan Fischer works for a “Christian” organization called the American Family Association. It is based in Tupelo, Mississippi. He has made it clear that his tolerance for difference fails to exist when it comes to LGBT Americans, and now he’s unleashed a level of public religious bigotry toward Muslims that boggles the mind.

The level of dehumanization is ghastly and foments the spread of a vile, narrow image of America to the rest of the world. WWJD, Bryan? (via Right Wing Watch):

Lowered intellectual capacity is another devastating consequence of Muslim marriage patterns. According to Sennels, research shows that children of consanguinous marriages lose 10-16 points off their IQ and that social abilities develop much slower in inbred babies.

The risk of having an IQ lower than 70, the official demarcation for being classified as “retarded,” increases by an astonishing 400 percent among children of cousin marriages.

In Denmark, non-Western immigrants are more than 300 percent more likely to fail the intelligence test required for entrance into the Danish army.

Sennels says that “the ability to enjoy and produce knowledge and abstract thinking is simply lower in the Islamic world.” He points out that the Arab world translates just 330 books every year, about 20% of what Greece alone does.

In the last 1,200 years years of Islam, just 100,000 books have been translated into Arabic, about what Spain does in a single year. Seven out of 10 Turks have never even read a book.

Sennels points out the difficulties this creates for Muslims seeking to succeed in the West. “A lower IQ, together with a religion that denounces critical thinking, surely makes it harder for many Muslims to have success in our high-tech knowledge societies.”

Only nine Muslims have every won the Nobel Prize, and five of those were for the “Peace Prize.” According to Nature magazine, Muslim countries produce just 10 percent of the world average when it comes to scientific research (measured by articles per million inhabitants).

In Denmark, Sennels’ native country, Muslim children are grossly overrepresented among children with special needs. One-third of the budget for Danish schools is consumed by special education, and anywhere from 51% to 70% of retarded children with physical handicaps in Copenhagen have an immigrant background.

Learning ability is severely affected as well. Studies indicated that 64% of school children with Arabic parents are still illiterate after 10 years in the Danish school system. The immigrant drop-out rate in Danish high schools is twice that of the native-born.

Mental illness is also a product. The closer the blood relative, the higher the risk of schizophrenic illness. The increased risk of insanity may explain why more than 40% of the patients in Denmark’s biggest ward for clinically insane criminals have an immigrant background.

The U.S. is not immune. According to Sennels, “One study based on 300,000 Americans shows that the majority of Muslims in the USA have a lower income, are less educated, and have worse jobs than the population as a whole.”

Bottom line: Islam is not simply a benign and morally equivalent alternative to the Judeo-Christian tradition. As Sennels points out, the first and biggest victims of Islam are Muslims. Simple Christian compassion for Muslims and a common-sense desire to protect Western civilization from the ravages of Islam dictate a vigorous opposition to the spread of this dark and dangerous religion. These stark realities must be taken into account when we establish public polices dealing with immigration from Muslim countries and the building of mosques in the U.S.

Let’s hope America wakes up before a blind naivete about the reality of Islam destroys what remains of our Christian culture and our domestic tranquility.

This is complete and utter bullsh*t. What does Islam have to do with inbreeding? The United States has a good portion of its population in various regions — where Christianity in one form or another — that also had inbreeding. And the point is? How is the religious practic itself responsible for that? And what about the inbreeding of the ruling classes in Europe? How does that fit into this ridiculous paradigm?

The fact that the American Family Association would endorse and publish Fischer’s crap only confirms that junk science is a diet that this organization — and others like it — must consume and regurgitate into the public discourse. None of these people can or should be taken seriously or deserve time on the airwaves to gin up the anti-Islam irrational fervor that has taken over a slice of the public. That the AFA sees a benefit from going down this path after losing ground fighting The Homosexual Agenda shows how sick and craven Fischer and the Wildmon’s are.

UPDATE: A wealth of information about Bryan Fischer and his anti-gay, bigoted activities in Idaho is at independent journalist Jody May-Chang’s “The Fischer Files.”

Since leaving Idaho in mid 2009, Fischer has been catapulted into the national spotlight by ratcheting up his racist and homophobic hate propaganda on his American Family Association radio show and blog.

Had it not been for a complacent, lazy and negligent Idaho news media, perhaps Fischer would not now be the national poster boy for anti-Muslim racism, criminalizing gays and an embarrassment to Idahoans.

AFA’s Bryan Fischer on Beck: he sides with ‘people who want to use the anus for sex’

Wait — you mean there are no heterosexuals that engage in that activity, Bryan? I think the man upstairs who sees all (if he is actually doing some bedroom peeping) would disagree with you.

This man is troubled beyond reason to make pathetic, mewling sex-obsessed statements like this (via Right Wing Watch):

Glenn, Glenn, Glenn: if special rights are given to people just because they want to use the alimentary canal for sexual purposes, no social conservative will be able to criticize homosexual behavior on biblical or moral grounds without running the risk of legal punishment.

…We must choose between the homosexual agenda and religious liberty, because it is impossible to have both. Every advance of the homosexual agenda comes at the expense of our first liberty, the very first right enshrined in the Bill of Rights, the right to freedom of religious expression. You have chosen the side of suppression and tyranny over the light of liberty.

…But Glenn, our “Divine Destiny” as a nation does not include societal approval for people who want to use the anus for sex. The “Laws of Nature and Nature’s God” don’t endorse such behavior. And neither should you.

Kyle at RWW probably needed to shower after posting this ignorant garbage. Fischer, btw, is one of the featured guests at the upcoming Values Voter Summit. Check out this overstuffed Wingnut Clown Car…the Duggars alone could break the axle of that vehicle. I notice that spots of color “Bishop” Harry Jackson and Ken Hutcherson are MIA; obviously Ann Coulter is not on the invite.

Add AFA’s Bryan Fischer to list of homobigots in meltdown over conservatives ditching them

Yesterday I posted about WorldNetDaily’s Joseph Farah blasting Ann Coulter’s “betrayal” of him regarding the anti-gay “culture wars” by keynoting GOProud‘s HOMOCON. You could almost feel Farah’s raging on the keyboard at other luminaries of the right who are also abandoning the professional anti-gay agenda:

…”Conservative” icon Glenn Beck, in a conversation with Bill O’Reilly, said basically he doesn’t care about the attack on traditional marriage. Asked if the California ruling will harm the country in any way, he responded: “No I don’t. Will the gays come and get us? I believe that Thomas Jefferson said: ‘If it neither breaks my leg nor picks my pocket what difference is it to me?’”

Rush Limbaugh, the iconic leader of American conservatism, hired the noted homosexual singer Elton John to perform at his wedding. He has not aired one of his bitingly satirical “gay community updates” in years.

“Conservatives,” it seems, are on the verge of not only accepting homosexuality’s domination of the culture, but embracing it.

We can now add Bryan Fischer to the far-right public meltdown. He’s the host of the “Focal Point” radio program on the American Family Radio talk network (one of the arms of Don and Tim Wildmon’s American Family Association). This is a man who actually said that society must “put active homosexuals through an effective reparative therapy program.”

Look at this crazed column, “Coulter, Beck go AWOL in culture war.” The anger-generated spittle is dripping onto his keyboard.

Count Ann Coulter and Glenn Beck as the latest deserters in the culture war and in the battle for sexual normalcy. They have flinched at “precisely that little point which the world and the devil are … attacking,” and so have forfeited the right to consider themselves any longer culture warriors.

Let’s be clear: Endorsing homosexual behavior is not a conservative position, period. Supporting special rights based on aberrant sexual behavior is not conservative, period. Supporting either civil unions or marriages based entirely on using the alimentary canal for sexual purposes is not conservative, period.

You [Ann Coulter] will be received with a standing ovation [at HOMOCON] for pandering to a group that wants to put open homosexuals in the same showers and barracks with sexually normal soldiers (priority No. 4) and is fiercely opposed to any attempt to elevate protection for natural marriage to the Constitution (priority No. 7 – see GOProud website).

…Glenn Beck has completely and shamelessly surrendered on the issue of gay marriage, and did so on Bill O’Reilly’s program, only the most-watched cable news program in all TV land…Even O’Reilly, who is a notorious squish on the subject of the acceptability of homosexual behavior, was taken aback by Beck’s capitulation and rightly accused him of “ignoring the profound change in the American family.”

Folks, we are starting to see real damage to core of the professional homo-hate machine. The fiscal conservative/libertarian lite wing of the GOP, as well as those like Beck and Coulter, who depended on that demo for their meal ticket in the past, sees the legal handwriting on the wall for the social conservatives (aka loonies) and are publicly making a break for the door to more credibility), with the alignment now toward the burgeoning Tea Party wing.

It’s pretty clear that a corner has been turned, with the green light foor Beck and Coulter likely being the 138-page Prop 8 legal ruling by U.S. District Court Judge Vaughn Walker that decimated the pathetic case presented by the defenders of marriage discrimination. The sorry-ass, religious, culture, and bias-based excuses to prevent opening civil marriage to lesbians and gays couldn’t stand up to the reality-based legal standard, as Olsen and Boies smacked down the so-called “experts” who bothered to show up to testify. Just a peek at Walker’s Findings of Fact alone put those ridiculous arguments completely to bed.

Beck and Coulter, who are thinking about their professional bottom lines, are placing their bets on the legal wind blowing away from the bible-beating theocrat wing of conservatism.

Again, while I can’t always agree with their political positions on issues, credit also has to go to GOProud, which has managed to become a deeply lodged splinter into the social conservative movement in a very short time (the LCR was never this effective). It was first an irritation, and now it’s making the bible-beaters hurt badly if they are taking this infighting public over HOMOCON. Makes we wish I could get up there to cover the event, which is on September 25 in NYC.

GOProud’s Chris Barron recently took The Peter to task over his expected eruption over Coulter’s gig:

“I strongly encourage Mr LaBarbera to head out to his local bookstore, buy an Ann Coulter book and actually read it. For a guy who claims to be a “fan,” he seems completely clueless about what Ann has actually written and said about gay people and gay conservatives.

If Mr. LaBarbera spent less time obsessing about gay sex and hanging out at gay Pride events, maybe he would have a little more time to read one of Ann’s books.”

Deranged: American Family Radio’s Bryan Fischer: ‘No More Mosques, Period.’

My earlier post on ABC’s experiment about discrimination against Muslims went live a bit ago, but then I found this horrific video from last night’s AC360 (Dr. Sanjay Gupta hosting), with homobigot and Islamophobe Bryan Fischer of American Family Radio Talk Network (one of the arms of Don and Tim Wildmon of the American Family Association), who really pares it down to the basics — “No More Mosques, Period.” You have to see it to believe it. Remember, this is the same man endlessly spouts homophobic crap. But he’s versatile — there’s always someone else on the list for these people to persecute.

We’re joined now via Skype by Bryan Fischer; he’s the host of Focal Point on the American Family Radio Talk Network. . We should point out that he’s also issues director for the American Family Association. While he says his views are his own, not the association’s, the American Family Radio Network is, in fact, listed as a division of the AFA, just to get that all clear. Thanks for joining us, Mr. Fischer.

BRYAN FISCHER, HOST, “FOCAL POINT” AMERICAN FAMILY RADIO TALK NETWORK: You’re welcome, Dr. Gupta, good to be with you.

GUPTA: Thank you. I want to be clear on your viewpoint here because you’ve made quite a bit of waves lately. You don’t want any mosques built in the United States, is that correct? You want a moratorium?

FISCHER: I think the reality Dr. Gupta is, that when we look at Islam, we’re looking at a totalitarian ideology that is anti-Christian, anti-Semitic. The values that are at the core of Islam are contrary to every single solitary western and American value. I think communities ought to have the liberty to reject building permits.

Each one of these mosques is either a potential or actual recruitment center for Jihadism or training center for Jihadism.

GUPTA: You said quite a bit there already. Let me just start with one thing, freedom of religion. You’ve been asked this question before; it’s one of this country’s founding principles.

The First Amendment says, Congress shall make no law respecting (ph) an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

How can you say that that potentially applies to all religions except Islam?

FISCHER: Well, the reality, Dr. Gupta, is that no one could claim First Amendment religious protections if their ideology and their activities are subversive.

All you’ve got do is ask the Christian militia, the Hutaree how much First Amendment protections they had when they set out to attack federal officers. They have Bible verses plastered all over their Web site. Everything they did, they did in the name of Jesus Christ. They are right now pondering the limits of the First Amendment from the inside of a jail cell, which is where they should be.

The deranged Fischer  continues below the fold.
I don’t know how Gupta held it together.
GUPTA: You know, you have said — now, again, you’ve said some this before. Your evidence for saying that every mosque potentially here is dedicated to the overthrowing of the American government is a manifest, I believe, issued in 1991 by a group called the Muslim Brotherhood. Now, you quote some frightening passages from there about destroying Western civilization from within.

But, Bryan, you realize this group doesn’t speak for all Muslims; it doesn’t speak for all Muslims around the world. It doesn’t speak for all Muslims in the United States. It’s a radical political group, very controversial.

And while its history does involve some violence, they’re — they’re controversial even among Muslims. So, how can you — how can you use that one particular organization and say that they’re speaking for 1.2 billion people?

FISCHER: Well, Dr. Gupta, it’s nice of you to try to marginalize the Muslim Brotherhood, but their tentacles include the Islamic Society of North America, the Muslim Student Association, the Council for American-Islamic Relations — CAIR, and also the Muslim Association.

So, you’re looking at four — five, really, if you include the Brotherhood — five of the most prominent and most visible Muslim organizations in North America. They are far from a fringe group; they represent the essence and the core of Islam. And it’s very clear that the goal of Islam in North America is the extermination of Western civilization. No community should have to put up with that.

GUPTA: I don’t think a lot of people agree with you, Bryan, on this. I just have to say that. And I’m a layperson when it comes to this, but let me ask you what you think of this particular comment back in 2001.

“Islam is peace.” Now, that wasn’t said by any liberal or Democrat. It was said by President George W. Bush, a man who talked at length about his deep Christian faith. What about that from President Bush?

FISCHER: Well, President Bush was well-meaning, but wrong.

Islam is not a religion of peace. It is a religion of war. It is a religion of violence. Christianity, on the other hand, is a religion of peace. It was founded by the Prince of Peace. That’s the major contrast between the two religions.

Islam, in reality, is a political ideology. It’s a totalitarian political ideology. And you simply cannot hide a totalitarian political agenda behind the First Amendment.

Imagine if Timothy McVeigh was a Christian. Now, he wasn’t. He was an atheist. But imagine he was a part of a violent Christian sect, and he wanted to build a 13-story center, cultural center, for his Christian sect overlooking the grounds of the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City.

GUPTA: All right.

FISCHER: I don’t think anybody in America would put up with that, and they would be right not to.

GUPTA: I hear you. I think that’s an unfair comparison, with all due respect.

Quickly, Mr. Fischer, a lot of Muslim-Americans watching tonight, some of them very upset by some of the comments you have made in the past, what do you say to them now?

FISCHER: Well, I say I love Muslims. I am pro-Muslim. I am anti-Islam.

I would say to a Muslim, look, your ideology is destructive. It’s deceptive. It’s dark. I invite you to come into the light of the kingdom of Jesus Christ. That’s where hope and light, forgiveness and a promise for the future can truly be found.

GUPTA: Well, I — it’s been an interesting interview — you love Muslims; you hate Islam.

Bryan Fischer, we will — we will keep — we will keep tabs on you and see how things are going. Thanks so much for joining us.

FISCHER: Thank you, Dr. Gupta.
