The New York State Senate is expected to vote sometime tonight on Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s marriage equality bill, after an agreement was reached this afternoon on exemptions for religious groups. UPDATE, 8:04 p.m. CST: The Senate is in a 15-minute recess. They’re expected to vote on the marriage bill once they return.
