The most popular gay bar in the U.S. is Parliament House in Orlando, Fla., according to NewNowNext.com, which based its list on data collected by Gravy Analytics, a “location-based marketing platform” that “tracks mobile data to verify attendance at places and events throughout the United States.”

Dallas had three bars in the top 50. TMC: The Mining Company came in at No. 11, with The Round-Up Saloon at No. 32 and The Hidden Door — which will celebrate its 40th anniversary later this year — at No. 46. Check out the full list here.

The Gravy Analytics list is based on “gay bar attendance” from Nov. 1, 2017-Oct 31, 2018.

According to NewNowNext, last year’s “most popular bar” wasn’t even on the list the year before, because in 2017 it was categorized as a hotel instead of a bar that year. As the list notes, Parliament House includes “multiple venues including a hotel and several bars.”

Los Angeles/West Hollywood had the most entries on the list with seven. New York has five entries, while Washington, D.C., and Wilton Manors, Fla., each have four.
