A sign on the door at Peasant Pizzeria, 3900 Cedar Springs Thursday night, Jan. 10, offered apologies to customers because the business is “closed for restaurant maintenance.” But, the sign promised, the restaurant “will be back bigger and better than EVER on 21-January!”
However, a notice on the restaurant’s website claims the site has been “shut down for non payment by owner.”
Peasant Pizzeria first opened on Cedar Springs in mid-December 2017.
