The Dallas Wings gave their hometown Pride Night crowd what they came for Friday night, June 15, at College Park Center, defeating the visiting Las Vegas Aces 77-67. The win puts the Wings at 5-4 in regular season place, and in 6th place in the WNBA league standings.

Australian import Liz Cambage put on a show for the fans, scoring 28 points to tie her career high, and setting a new career high with 18 rebounds. Skylar Diggins-Smith put up 20 points and six assists, while Glory Johnson scored 11 points off the bench and grabbed a season-high nine rebounds. Kaela Davis added 10 points in her third consecutive start.

The Wings hit the road to Minneapolis for a 7 p.m. against the 3-6 Minnesota Lynx on Tuesday, June 19. Then they’re back in Arlington for a two game stretch, hosting the league-leading Los Angeles Sparks (7-2) on Friday, June 22, at 7 p.m., and the second-place Seattle Storm (8-3) on Sunday, June 24.
