Lesbian heiress dies at 30

Casey Johnson, heiress to the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceuticals empire and fiance to reality TV star Tila Tequila, died Monday, apparently of natural causes. She was 30.

Tequila first became famous as the bisexual star of the MTV series A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila, where she “dated” both men and women. Tequila later said she considered herself gay, not bisexual. Recently, she and Johnson announced that they would be wed in Massachusetts.

Johnson has a history of diabetes, which, if it was a contributing factor to her death, would make her the second 30-something diabetic celeb in a month to pass away suddenly. Actress Brittany Murphy died just before Christmas.

Tila Tequila kinda-sorta comes out — again

Tila Tequila, the perky reality show contestant whose MTV series, A Shot at Love, featured the bisexual woman wooing both boys and girls in a Bachelor-like competition, has tweeted that she’s not bisexual after all. “I was in denial for a long time,” she wrote on Twitter. She is, she insists, exclusively lesbian.

In fact, she reports that the network actually pressured her to select the guy in the final, not the girl. The proof: Her current girlfriend is Dani Campbell, who was the female finalist.
